All-New Royal Enfield Bullet 350 Launch in Sep – What to Expect?

Royal Enfield plans to expand its 350cc lineup by introducing two new models: the next-generation Bullet 350 and Classic 350 bobber. The official launch dates for both models have not been disclosed yet, but a recent media report suggests that the 2023 Royal Enfield Bullet 350 will be available in showrooms starting from early September. Shortly thereafter, within 6-8 weeks, the brand will introduce the all-new Royal Enfield Himalayan.

The forthcoming generation change for the RE Bullet will bring about comprehensive changes, building upon its existing reputation for rugged and retro styling, as well as its distinctively powerful sound. Notably, one of the significant upgrades will be seen in the engine mechanism. The 2023 Royal Enfield Bullet 350 will share its powertrain with the Meteor 350, featuring a 346cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine. This motor delivers a claimed power output of 20.2bhp and 27Nm of torque. It is expected that the power and torque figures for the new Bullet will remain unchanged, and the transmission will continue to be a 5-speed unit.

In addition to the engine, the suspension and braking systems from the Meteor 350 will also be carried over to the new Bullet. This means that the bike will feature traditional telescopic forks and twin shock absorbers at the front and rear, respectively. It will be equipped with front and rear disc brakes, along with a single-channel ABS (anti-lock braking system). The inclusion of wider front tires, a new chassis, and an updated platform will further enhance the bike’s riding quality. Read: 3 New Royal Enfield Bikes To Rival Triumph, Harley

The design details of the new RE Bullet 350 have already been glimpsed through multiple sightings. To infuse freshness into its appearance, the company will incorporate chrome accents around its retro-styled circular headlamp, taillamp, and rear-view mirrors. Furthermore, a new single-piece seat will be introduced, expected to provide better lumbar support compared to the existing design.

Considering all the aforementioned upgrades, it is anticipated that the 2023 Royal Enfield Bullet 350 will experience a slight price increase ranging between Rs 10,000 and Rs 12,000.
