3 Upcoming Hero Bikes – Karizma, XPulse 400 & Harley 400cc

Hero MotoCorp is known for its entry-level commuters with brands like Splendor & Passion enjoying huge demand. The company has recently entered the electric segment by introducing its first scooter under the VIDA nameplate. Seeing the growing demand for bigger bikes, Hero MotoCorp is now planning to launch multiple new motorcycles in the 200cc-400cc segment. In fact, the homegrown two-wheeler maker is testing multiple bikes on different terrains across India. 

Hero is expected to launch the updated versions of the Passion Pro HF Deluxe in our market. Moreover, the Xtreme 200R will be updated with USD front forks. While these are cosmetic updates, Hero MotoCorp will soon introduce at least 3 motorcycles with bigger capacity engines in our market. 

All New Hero Karizma XMR 210 Leaked

The homegrown automaker will bring back the iconic Karizma nameplate in a new avatar. In fact, the new Hero Karizma XMR 210 has been leaked online. The motorcycle was recently showcased to dealerships in production avatar. The new model has a completely new and sporty design with sharper front fascia and aggressive fairing. It has a sleeker tail-section, tall and raised handlebar, sleek headlamps, a two-piece seat and a dual-tone fuel tank. 

The new Hero Karizma XMR will be powered by a 210cc, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine that produces 25bhp and 30Nm of torque, and is linked to a six-speed gearbox. The motorcycle will have conventional telescopic front forks and a monoshock unit at the rear. It will have disc brakes at both ends along with a dual-channel ABS system.

Hero MotoCorp is testing an all-new adventure motorcycle with bigger capacity engine. Likely to be called the XPulse 400, the new ADV will be built around a new 421cc engine and will be called the Hero XPulse 400. It will be powered by a new 421cc engine and will have performance to rival the KTM 390 Adventure and the upcoming new RE Himalayan 450. This powertrain is likely to produce around 40bhp of power and close to 35Nm of torque. 

Few days back, the first images of the locally developed Harley-Davidson entry-level motorcycle were leaked on the Internet. This motorcycle is developed in collaboration with Hero MotoCorp. It is expected to be powered by a new air-/oil-cooled 400cc or 440cc single-cylinder engine. The styling of the bike is inspired by the old XR1200 roadsters, featuring a wide and muscular fuel tank.

The new Hero-Harley bike will come with USD front fork and twin shock absorbers at the rear. It features Bybre disc brakes on both ends and dual-channel ABS as standard. It will come with a digital instrument console, LED lighting system & bigger front wheel.
