Citroen had unveiled the C3 Aircross mid-sized SUV in the country in April 2023. The new model is designed and developed on Citroen’s CMP modular platform that underpins the C3 hatchback. It will be offered in two seating layouts – 5 and 7-seats. It measures around 4.3 meters in length, making it as long as the Hyundai Creta. The SUV has a ground clearance of 200mm. It comes with a 10.2-inch touchscreen infotainment screen with Android Auto & Apple CarPlay support, a fully digital instrument console, roof-mounted AC vents for 2nd & 3rd passengers, cruise control and others. The 5-seater has a boot capacity of 444-litres, while the 7-seater offers 511-litres of boot with 3rd row seats down. It will be powered by a 1.2-litre 3-cylinder turbo petrol engine that’s good enough for 110bhp and 190Nm. Transmission duties are performed by a 6-speed manual gearbox. More details

Kia is all set to launch the new Seltos facelift in the country by July or August 2023. The new model is already on sale in select international markets. The new Kia Seltos will come with new design details and an upgraded cabin along with a new turbo petrol engine. It will receive a factory-fitted panoramic sunroof and ADAS tech. The new model will share the styling cues from the global-spec model, featuring the brand’s new design language. It will retain the 1.5L NA petrol and 1.5L turbo diesel engines. The newly unveiled Honda Elevata will go on sale in our market during festive season. Bookings for the new SUV will commence in July. It is based on the 5th generation City platform and will also receive an electric derivative by 2025-26. The new Honda ELevate will be powered by a 1.5-litre NA petrol engine that produces 121PS and 145Nm of torque. Transmission choices will include a 6-speed manual and a 7-step CVT automatic. The SUV will come with Honda Sensing with features like adaptive cruise control, emergency braking, auto high-beam, lane assist and others.
