2023 Tata Harrier Variant Details Leaked – Launch Soon

Tata Motors is all set to give a midlife upgrade to Harrier and Safari SUVs. Customers can book the 2023 Tata Harrier & Safari online or at authorised dealerships. Moreover, both SUVs along with the Nexon will receive a new Dark Red Edition. Ahead of the launch, variant-wise features of the 2023 Tata Harrier have been leaked on the Internet.

The 2023 Tata Harrier will come in 5 exterior paint options – Royale Blue, Tropical Mist, Calypso Red, Daytona Grey and Orcus White. Moreover, the SUV will also receive Dark and Red Dark Editions. It is reported that the new Harrier will be offered in 7 variants – XE, XM, XMS, XT+, XZ, XZ+ and XZA.

Harrier XE Variant – This entry-level variant comes with projector headlamps, DRLs with integrated turn indicators, tilt & telescopic adjustabe steering, dual front airbags, ABS with EBD, rear parking sensors, hill hold control, traction control, corner stability control, roll over mitigation, brake disc wiping and power windows.

Harrier XM (XE+) – it has 3 drive modes – Eco, City and Sport, a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment screen, 4 speakers & 2 tweeters, multi-functional steering wheel, fog lamps, powered ORVMs, rear wiper & waher, and height-adjustable driver seat.

Harrier XMS/XMAS – This variant will come with a bigger 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment screen with apple CarPlay & android auto support. Other features include panoramic sunroof, reverse camera, electrically adjustable & foldable ORVMs, rain sensing wipers and 200+ voice commands in 6 languages.

Harrier XT+/XTA+ – this variant comes with soft-touch dashboard, automatic AC, push button start, cruise control, air purifier & rear armrest with cup holders and lumbar support for driver seat. It rides on 17-inch alloy wheels.

Harrier XT+/XTA+ Dark – it will be finished with Oberon Black paint scheme and newly styled 17-inch Charcoal black alloy wheels.

Harrier XZ/XZA – it wil be offered with Xenon HID projector headlamps, fog lights with cornering function, Oak Brown interior upholstery theme, 9-speaker JBL music system, shark-fin antenna, 7-inch digital driver display, six airbags, 60:40 split rear seats, etc. It also has terrain modes – Normal, Rough and Wet.

Harrier XZ+/XZA+ – this variant comes with 17-inch diamond cut alloys, 360 degree surround view camera, 6-way electrically adjustable driver seat with memory & welcome function, EPB with auto-hold function, disc brakes, wireless phone charger, ventilated front seat, iRA connected car tech, panic brake alert, driver doze-off warning, auto-dimming IRVM.

Harrier XZ+/XZA+ Dark – it is finished in Oberon black paint scheme and has blackstone interior theme. It features Nappa Granite Black leather seats with Blue tri-arrow perforations. This variant rides on 18-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels finished in Charcoal Black.

Harrier XZ+/XZA+ Red Dark = this variant gets piano black grille with Zircon red accents, carnelian red interior theme, carnelian red leatherette seats with diamond-style quilting, ‘Dark’ logo on headrests and new 18-inch charcoal black alloy wheels with diamond-cut finish & red brake calipers.

Harrier XZA+ (O) – this will be the top-end variant, which comes with ADAS tech. The ADAS features will include autonomous emergency braking, forward collision warning, rear collision warning, rear cross traffic alert, blind spot detection, traffic sign recognition, door open alert, lane departure warning, lane change alert and high beam assist.

The 2023 Tata Harrier facelift will be powered by the same 2.0-litre, 4-cylinder, Kryotec diesel engine, which is upgraded to be meet the upcoming RDE (Real Driving Emission) norms. This engine is capable of producing 170bhp of power and 350Nm of torque. Transmission choices will include a 6-speed manual and a 6-speed torque convertor automatic.
