2023 Mahindra XUV300 – New Dual-tone Colour, More Power

Mahindra XUV300, the subcompact SUV from the home-grown automaker, is ready to receive its first major update in coming months. The facelifted model has been on test for a while and we have seen its multiple spy images and videos. The latest spy shots reveal that the new 2023 Mahindra XUV300 facelift will witness some significant updates inside and out. On the exterior, it will carry the brand’s new ‘Twin Peak’ logo and newly-designed 17-inch alloy wheels. Its headlamps, front grille, bumper and lower air dams will remain unchanged.

The SUV’s updated model will receive a new Blue colour schemes with the contrasting White roof. At present, the model lineup comes in Red Rage, Dast Silver, Galaxy Grey, Napoli Black, Pearl White and Aqua Marine shades. Buyers also have an option of dual-tone Aqua Marine and Red Rage colours with the White roof.

New Mahindra XUV300 Launch

Interior details of the new 2023 Mahindra XUV300 facelift are yet to be revealed. Though, it’s likely to come with the improved material quality and a completely new dashboard. The SUV might also get a new touchscreen infotainment system that could be sourced from the XUV700. The automaker might also add a few more goodies to its feature list. Major change will be made under the hood. The new Mahindra XUV300 will be offered with the new 1.2L T-GDI mStallion engine boosted with the direction injection technology and cylinder heads with integrated exhaust manifolds. The motor will deliver power worth 130bhp and 230Nm of torque, thus making it 20bhp more powerful and 30Nm torquerier than the existing 1.2L turbo petrol unit.

2023 Mahindra XUV300 Engine

The lower variants of the new XUV300 are expected to be made available with the 1.2L turbo gasoline unit. The facelifted model can also be had with the 1.5L diesel engine. The existing AMT gearbox could be replaced with a torque convertor automatic or DCT automatic transmission.

Official launch timeline and details of the new 2023 Mahindra XUV300 are yet to be revealed. Though, it’s expected to hit roads by March – April 2023.
