2022 Hyundai Venue N-Line Spied – Key Details Revealed

It is no secret that Hyundai is preparing the new Venue facelift, which has been spotted testing in South Korea as well as in India. First launched in 2019, the Venue has been a successful model for the Korean giant. With the updated model, Hyundai will also bring in the N-Line variant. The 2022 Hyundai Venue N-Line variant has been spotted testing for the first time in South Korea.

The 2022 Hyundai Venue facelift will come with design changes and upgraded interior. It will come with Hyundai’s new design language, which we have already seen on the new Tucson and the Creta. The spy images of the Venue N-Line variant shows red accents on the front bumper, wheel arches, roof-rails and at the rear. Also visible is the N-Line badge on the front fender of the sub-4 meter SUV.

The spy images reveal that the 2022 Hyundai Venue N-Line will receive a re-designed front fascia. The front design is heavily inspired by the new Tucson & the Creta facelift. It will have a new parametric front grille and new rectangular shaped headlamp unit placed lower on the bumper. The LED DRLs (Daytime Running Lamps) are expected to look like the new Tucson. The LED DRLs will look like a part of grille.

The rear profile of the Venue N-Line will come with significantly revised rear profile. The spy images of the SUV will have a completely re-designed tail-gate with new tail-lights and rear bumper. The model will come with a twin-tip exhaust and differently styled alloy wheels. The 2022 Hyundai Venue gets new tail-lights, which will be connected by a thin LED strip.

The 2022 Hyundai Venue facelift will receive some interior changes, to feature new comfort and connectivity features. The new model is likely to come with an all-digital instrument console, a new 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless connectivity & updated BlueLink connected car tech, and an updated sound system.

The SUV will have leather-wrapped multi-functional steering wheel, an electric sunroof, etc. The SUV is also expected to get high-end safety and security features such as 6 airbags, VSM (Vehicle Stability Management), hill assist, tyre pressure monitoring system and others.

The 2022 Hyundai Venue N-Line is likely to be powered by a 1.0-litre 3-cylinder turbocharged petrol engine. This engine churns out 118bhp of power and 175Nm of torque. Transmission choices could include a 6-speed manual and a 7-speed DCT.

The updated Venue will retain the existing engine set-up comprising of a 83bhp, 1.2L NA petrol, a 118bhp, 1.0L turbo petrol and a 99bhp, 1.5L turbo-diesel. Transmission choices include a 5-speed MT with 1.2L petrol, a 6-speed MT as standard, an iMT and 7-speed DCT with 1.0L turbo-unit. Similar to the Sonet, the Venue diesel could also receive an automatic gearbox option. With 6AT, this engine should offer 113bhp and 250Nm of torque.
