2022 Hyundai Creta Interior Images, Video Out; Debut In Nov

India’s top-selling SUV – Hyundai Creta is ready to get a mid-life update sometime next year. Ahead of its India launch, the model will make global debut in November at GIIAS (Gaikindo Indonesia International Auto Show). The automaker has already started dropping teaser videos and images of the upcoming 2022 Hyundai Creta facelift. The latest one reveals its interior featuring an all digital instrument cluster along with the remote start/stop via the Hyundai BlueLink app.

One can notice the control button integrated on the steering wheel for the Lane Drive Assist function. It’s usually offered on Hyundai’s premium vehicles including the new-generation Tucson. The SUV continues to come with the premium Bose Sound system, panoramic sunroof. Reports suggest that the new Creta might come with the Level 2 ADAS similar to its newly-launched rival – MG Astor. As of now, there is no clarity these features will be offered on the India-spec new Hyundai Creta 2022 or not.

The new 2022 Hyundai Creta facelift will carry the brand’s Sensuous Sportiness design language. The front fascia of the SUV will take design inspiration from the new-gen Tucson. It features a new parametric grille, triangular-shaped split headlamps with dark finish and integrated LED DRLs, revised bumper with slimmer air inlet and new fog lamps. In Indonesia, the updated Creta will be made available with a single 1.5L petrol engine making 113bhp and 145Nm. The motor will come with the 6-speed manual and CVT automatic gearbox options. The India-spec Hyundai Creta is likely to retain the existing engine setup that includes a 113bhp, 1.5L NA petrol, a 113bhp, 1.5L turbo-diesel and a 138bhp, 1.4L turbo-petrol.
