2021 TVS Apache RTR 200 4V Single-Channel ABS Gets Riding Modes

TVS Motor Company has introduced the Apache RTR 200 4V single-channel ABS with the segment-first ride modes, namely, Urban, Rain and Sport. These modes alter power and the ABS (anti-lock braking system) functionality according to the riding conditions. Priced at Rs 1,28,020 (ex-showroom), the model is being offered three colour schemes – Pearl White, Gloss Black and new Matte Blue. One must note that the riding modes and new Matte Blue shade are already available on the TVS Apache RTR 200 4V dual-channel ABS variant.

The company says that the Urban mode provides optimum power and control on city roads with the ABS optimized for a quick response. In Sport, the 2021 TVS Apache RTR 200 4V is claimed to offer maximum power and sharp acceleration to take on the track or the highway. Its ABS is said to be mapped for the least intervention and highest permissible slip percentage for faster lap times. In Rain mode, the ABS provides maximum response with a strong lever pulsation feel. Therefore, it offers perfect response in wet road condition and keeps the bike under the control.
