2021 Royal Enfield Classic 350 – Price Expectations & Key Details

The much-awaited new-generation Royal Enfield Classic 350 is all set to hit roads on 1st September 2021. Ahead of its official arrival, we have got our hands on its engine, features and colour details. According to leaked information, the new 2021 Royal Enfield Classic 350 will be designed on a new twin downtube spine frame that also underpins the RE Meteor 350.

One of the major updates will come in a form of a new and more refined 349cc, single-cylinder engine sourced from the Meteor 350. The motor has been tuned for producing a peak power of 20.2bhp and 27Nm of torque. The bike will use a 5-speed gearbox for performing transmission duties.

With the generation change, the Classic 350 will receive bigger 300mm front and 270mm rear disc brakes along with the single/dual-channel ABS (anti-lock braking system) options. The bike’s front tyre will be wider than before. It will have spoked 19-inch front and 18-inch rear alloy wheels with 100/90 and 120/80 section tyres respectively. The 2021 Royal Enfield Classic 350 will be made available in a choice of 11 colour options – Chrome Red, Chrome Bronze, Dark Stealth Black, Halcyon Green, Halcyon Black, Halcyon Grey, Redditch Sage Green, Desert Sand, Redditch Red, Dark Gunmetal Grey and Marsh Grey. In terms of design, the new Classic 350 will get a newly-designed headlamp with pilot lamps, repositioned grab rail, new pillion seat, revised exhaust and tweaked taillamp cluster. The bike will come with single and twin seats options.

Similar to the RE Meteor 350, the new Royal Enfield Classic 350 will have Tripper navigation system that’s developed jointly with Google. Other key highlights will include a new instrument cluster with LCD info panel, Bluetooth connectivity and USB charging option along with improved plastic quality for the switchgears.

At present, the RE Classic 350 is available in the price range of Rs 1.79 lakh – Rs 2.06 lakh (all, ex-showroom). The new-generation model is likely to witness a minor price hike and is estimated to be priced around Rs 1.90 lakh for the entry-level variant and Rs 2.15 lakh for the range-topping model.
