Hyundai has recently launched the new-generation i20 hatchback in the country at a starting price of Rs 6.80 lakh. The new model is positioned above its direct rivals, as the top-end model costs Rs 11.18 lakh (ex-showroom). The company has announced that the all-new Hyundai i20 has received an overwhelming response from buyers, as it records 20,000 bookings in just 20 days.
Hyundai has already delivered over 4,000 i20s to customers during Diwali season. The all-new Hyundai i20 is one of the most feature-loaded hatchbacks in our market. It comes with 25 segment-leading features. Adding to it, the hatchback is offered with multiple engine and gearbox options.

Hyundai claims that the “Virtual Launch of the all-new i20 with video assets having crossed 47 million views and search volumes increase up to 3 times since launch. The all-new Hyundai is available in 3 engine options – a 83bhp, 1.2-litre, 4-cylinder naturally-aspirated petrol, a 118bhp, 1.0-litre, 3-cylinder turbocharged petrol and a 99bhp, 1.5-litre, 4-cylinder turbo-diesel. Transmission choices include a 5-speed MT and a CVT (1.2L Petrol), a 6-speed iMT (Intelligent Manual Transmission) and a 7-speed DCT (Dual-Clutch Automatic) with turbocharged petrol and a 6-speed MT with diesel.
