Datsun Redi Go Vs Renault Kwid Vs Maruti Alto 800 – Dimensions
Both the Datsun Redi-Go and Kwid are based on the same Renault-Nissan’s CMF-A platform. With a class-leading wheelbase of 2,680mm, the Kwid is as large and spacious as most B+ segment cars. It is 3,680mm long, 1,580mm wide and 1,471mm tall with a wheelbase of 2,422mm. Its ground clearance stands at 180mm. On the other hand, the Datsun rediGo has a wheelbase of 2,348mm, and offers the most spacious cabin with decent legroom.
Of the three cars, the rediGo is also claimed to offer best-in-class knee room, especially for the rear seat passengers. It measures 3,429mm in length, 1,560mm in width and 1,541mm in height. Datsun’s new hatchback also comes with a class-leading ground clearance of 185mm. The Alto 800 is 3,430mm long, 1,515mm wide, 1,475mm tall. It has the wheelbase of 2,360mm, and lowest ground clearance (165mm) among the three.
