Nissan India has quietly launched the Sunny XV diesel special edition in the Indian car market at Rs. 9.86 lakh. The company has launched this edition via its official website; it has been priced around Rs. 56,000 more than the regular XV diesel model.
The Japanese automaker had launched this Special Edition earlier this year for limited time. The new variant comes with some additional features including premium leather seats, reverse parking sensors, chrome finish exhaust and rear spoiler. However, the company hasn’t revealed much about the vehicle, we expect it to get some more equipment such as 2-DIN touch screen entertainment console, bluetooth and others.
The Nissan Sunny XV D Special Edition is powered by the same 1.5-litre K9K diesel engine that develops 85bhp and 200Nm of top torque. Power is transmitted to front wheels of the car via five speed manual transmission.
