We have seen the upcoming Royal Enfield Meteor 350 motorcycle in multiple spy pictures revealing interesting details. Recently, the first scale model images of the bike have been leaked on the web. The scale model previews the production-ready version featuring round headlamp with a chrome bezel, a teardrop shaped fuel tank, blacked out engine case, V-shaped alloy wheels and wider, stepped seat.
The RE Meteor will come as a replacement to the Royal Enfield Thunderbird 350 X. Though, it gets revised footpegs and circular taillamp with a chrome bezel. The turn indicators have also been slightly repositioned. Royal Enfield’s upcoming 350cc bike will be made available in three variants – Fireball, Stellar and Supernova.
Features such as machined alloy wheels, windscreen, chrome indicators and premium seats are reserved for the top-end trim. While the Fireball variant gets blacked out components, graphics with decals, a coloured rim tape in the alloys and a single colour fuel tank, the Meteor Stellar comes with body-coloured components, a backrest and handlebars with chrome finish. All three variants of the upcoming Royal Enfield Meteor 350 have been equipped with a semi-digital Dual pod instrument cluster and ‘Tipper Navigation’. The new instrument unit will display more information including odometer, tripmeter, drive modes, gear, ABS malfunction indicator lamp (MIL), low battery and more.
The upcoming RE Meteor will be the brand’s first production model to be based on an all-new ‘J1D’ (codename) platform.
