Tata Hexa Prices Increased; Is Still The Brand’s Flagship Model
Tata Hexa is currently available in the price range of Rs 12.99 lakh – Rs 18.16 lakh.
Tata Motors has increased prices of the Hexa 7-seater pemium SUV up to Rs 42,000. With the price hike, the Tata Hexa has become the company’s flagship model again. The SUV is currently available in the price range of Rs 12.99 lakh – Rs 18.16 lakh, while earlier it was priced between Rs 12.57 lakh – Rs 17.97 lakh. All prices are ex-showroom.
The home-grown carmaker recently introduced the Harrier SUV at a starting price of Rs 12.69 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). In order to keep Hexa’s positioning high in the product lineup, Tata has hiked its prices. Though, the upcoming Tata Harrier 7-seater might snatch the flagship badge from the Hexa. The former is slated to go on sale in coming months.

The entry-level XE trim witnessed the maximum price hike of around Rs 42,000, followed by XMA and other variants. The Tata Hexa comes with two diesel engine options – 2.2L Varicore 320 and Varicor 400. While the former makes 150PS with 320Nm of torque, the latter one delivers 156PS with 400Nm of torque. Both manual and automatic transmissions are offer. The AWD (all-wheel-drive) system is offered only with the range-topping XT diesel trim.
