Yezdi Motorcycles To Be Unveiled Tomorrow – 3 Bikes

Classic Legends is all set to revive the iconic Yezdi motorcycle brand in the country. According to a new teaser, three new Yezdi motorcycles are expected to be introduced on January 13, 2022. The company will introduce a new Roadking Scrambler, one ADV and a cruiser bike.

The new Yezdi motorcycles will have neo-retro styling, which is common with most of its rivals including Royal Enfield and Jawa. The motorcycles will come with retro-styled round headlamps and tail-lights, spoked wheels and teardrop styling for fuel tank.

Yezdi motorcycles will be multi-purpose bikes that will be capable of handling city streets as well as off-road terrains. The Yezdi bikes will come with dual-purpose tyres, LED lighting systems, comfortable seating positions, wide handlebar and upswept exhaust. The adventure bike will come equipped with a large windscreen, knuckle guards and radiator guard, a digital instrument console, etc.

The Roadking Scrambler will rival the likes of the Honda CB350 RS and the upcoming RE Hunter 350. On the other hand, the Yezdi ADV will come as an affordable alternative to the RE Himalayan. The cruiser will rival the Royal Enfield Meteor 350. These new bikes are expected to be based on a new platform that has a higher load-bearing rear subframe. It could be the modified architecture that underpins the Jawa bike.

The new Yezdis are likely to be powered by a 334cc engine that powers the Perak. It is capable of producing 30.64PS and 32.74Nm of torque. The Roadking could get the 293cc engine that powers the Jawa & 42. Paired to a 6-speed gearbox, this liquid-cooled single-cylinder engine pushes out 27.33PS and 27.02Nm of torque.

The motorcycles will have dual disc brakes along with dual-channel ABS system. Features list are likely to include LED lighting system, LCD digital instrument console, wired spoked wheels (ADV) & alloys in scrambler, slipper & assist clutch and others.
