The upcoming Royal Enfield Scrambler 650 has been spotted testing several times. The spy images reveal that the bike will carry the dirt-tracker-style large oval side panels and Pirelli Scorpion STR dual-purpose tyres with wire-spoke wheels. Changes could be made to its suspension and braking system as well. The Royal Enfield Himalayan 650 will share resemblance with its younger sibling. Though, it might get 19-inch front and 21-inch rear wheels. The bike might offer a one-level traction control system, a TFT screen with Bluetooth connectivity and multiple riding modes.

Powering the upcoming Royal Enfield 650cc bikes is likely to be the 648cc, air-cooled, parallel-twin SOHC engine. Though, the company might make a few changes to its mapping for its new 650cc models. In the RE Interceptor and Continental 650, the motor delivers a claimed power of 47bhp and 52Nm of torque.
