1. Tata Nexon – 15,871
Tata Motors is at the top of the list with over 15,800 units sold in the month of November 2022. Not just SUVs, the Nexon has also grabbed the second spot in the list of top selling cars last month. It manages to beat the likes of the Maruti Alto, Maruti Swift, Maruti Wagon R, Dzire, Ertiga, Hyundai Creta, Tata Punch and the Maruti Brezza.
Tata Motors has sold 15,871 Nexon SUVs in November 2022 as against 9,831 units in the same month last year. It reported a year-on-year sales growth of 61 per cent. The company is offering close to 68 variants of the Nexon SUV, giving multiple options to buyers.
2. Hyundai Creta – 13,321
Hyundai’s most popular SUV, the Creta has managed to outsmart the Brezza compact SUV to grab the second position in the list of top selling SUVs in November 2022. The company sold 13,321 units of the Creta in November 2022 as against 10,300 units in the same month last year, recording a year-on-year sales growth of 29 per cent.
3. Tata Punch – 12,131
Tata Motors smallest SUV, the Punch has received an overwhelming response from car buyers in the country. It is the second Tata SUV in the list of top 5 selling SUVs last month. The company sold 12,131 Punch subcompact SUVs in November 2022, making it the 3rd largest selling model in its category. The new model has reported a year-on-year sales growth of 99 per cent, as it delivered 6,110 units in the same month last year.
4. Maruti Brezza – 11,324
The Maruti Suzuki Brezza compact SUV slipped to 4th position in the list of top selling SUVs in the month of November 2022. The company sold 11,324 units in the month of November 2022 as against 10,760 units in the same month last year. It recorded a year-on-year sales growth of 5 per cent.
5. Hyundai Venue – 10,738
The Venue is Hyundai’s second product in the list of top-selling SUVs in the month of November 2022. The company sold 10,738 units of the Venue last month as against 7,932 units in Nov 2021. It recorded a year-on-year sales growth of 35 per cent.
