Automakers have released the sales figure for the month of November 2023. Most of the brands have posted positive YoY sales growth; however, month-on-month sales declined. The Maruti Suzuki WagonR tall boy hatchback is the top selling model in the month of November 2023. MSIL has sold 16,567 units last month as against 14,720 units in November 2022, reporting a year-on-year sales growth of 13 percent. The 2nd and 3rd positions are grabbed by Maruti Dzire and Swift hatchback with 15,965 units and 15,311 units respectively.

The Tata Nexon is the country’s top-selling SUV with 14,916 units sold in November 2023 as against 15,871 units in the same month last year, reporting a -6% YoY degrowth. The Tata Punch is at 5th position with 14,383 units sold last month with a YoY sales growth of 19%.
The Maruti Brezza is at 6th position with 13,393 units sold last month, while the Baleno and Ertiga at 7th and 8th position respectively with 12,961 units and 12,857 units respectively. The combined sales of Scorpio N and the Scorpio Classic put the Mahindra Scorpio nameplate at 9th position with 12,185 units sold last month.
The Hyundai Creta slips to 10th position with 11,814 units sold in November 2023 as against 13,321 units in the same month last year, reporting a YoY decline to 11%. The Kia Seltos is 11th position with 11,684 units sold in November 2023, while the Hyundai Venue is 12th with 11,180 units sold last month. The Maruti Suzuki Eeco van maintains its sales with 10,226 units sold last month, grabbing the 13th position.
The Maruti Suzuki Fronx and the Mahindra Bolero stands at 14th and 15th position respectively with 9867 units and 9333 units sold last month. The newly launched Hyundai Exter is at 16th position with 8325 units in November 2023. The Maruti Alto and Grand Vitara grab the 17th and 18th position respectively, while the Mahindra XUV700 is at 19th position. The Toyota Innova Crysta is at 20th position with 6,910 units sold last month.
