Tata Nexon Gets 4 New Top-Spec Variants; New Colour, Features Added

Tata Motors has rolled out 3,00,000th Nexon compact SUV from its Ranjangaon facility in Pune. The SUV reached 200K mark in June 2021, and the last 100k units were rolled out in less than 8 months. In order to celebrate the new milestone, Tata Motors has launched 4 new variants of the Nexon SUV.

Based on the top trims, the new variants – XZ+ (P) / XZA+ (P) and XZ+ (HS) / XZA+ (HS) – are available in both petrol and diesel with a new colour option in Royale Blue. These new Nexon variants will also be offered in the #Dark avatar. The company has also started accepting bookings for the new variants.

Creating benchmarks in safety, Tata Nexon has also been widely appreciated for its striking design, superior ride and handling characteristics, spirited performance, and comfort.”

The new Nexon XZ+ (P) / XZA+ (P) variants are equipped with additional premium features such as Premium Benecke Kaliko Leatherette ventilated front seats, air purifier and auto dimming IRVM. Additionally, the new XZ+ (HS) / XZA+ (HS) variants get an air purifier to make the drives healthier for the occupants. New Tata Nexon 300K milestone

The Tata Nexon is available with two engine options – a 1.2-litre turbocharged petrol and a 1.4-litre turbocharged diesel. While the former is good for 118bhp and 170Nm of torque, the oil burner produces 110bhp and 200Nm of torque Transmission options include a 6-speed manual and a 6-speed AMT. The SUV rivals the Hyundai Venue, Kia Sonet, Mahindra XUV300, Maruti Vitara Brezza, Renault Kiger and the Nissan Magnite.
