Tata Motors has announced the prices of the Jet Editions of the Nexon EV Max and Nexon EV Prime. The new models are based on the XZ+ Lux trim and comes with cosmetic changes outside-inside. The Nexon EV Prime Jet is priced at Rs 17.50 lakh, while the Nexon EV Max Jet is available at a starting price of Rs 19.54 Lakh.

The Tata Nexon EV Jet Edition is offered in a new dual-tone colour scheme (Earthy Bronze and Platinum Silver Roof). The electric Nexon rides on a new 16-nch diamond-cut Jet Black alloy wheels, which are different in design compared to the Nexon Jet Edition. It comes with piano black finished front grille and humanity line.
Inside the cabin, the Tata Nexon EV Jet Edition gets dual-tone oyster white and granite black interior with bronze deco stitch. The centre console, steering wheel and other parts of the cabin are finished in piano black. The door trims are finished in leatherette to offer a more premium feel. Also on offer is the techno-steel bronze finish mid-pad. The bronze finish is also added on the door trims.
In terms of features, the Nexon EV Jet comes with auto dimming IRVM, electric sunroof, multi-mode regen, jeweled control knob, cruise control, front ventilated seats, electronic parking brake with auto hold, i-TPMS, air purifier and wireless smartphone charger. The EV Prime gets SmartWatch integrated connectivity features and charging timeout of 110 seconds.
The Nexon EV MAX is fitted with a 40.5kWh lithium-ion battery pack that is claimed to offer a certified rnge of 437km on a single charge. It features a permanent magnet synchronous AC motor that pushes out 141bhp and 250Nm of torque. It is claimed to achieve 0-100kmph acceleration in just 9 seconds. The MAX comes with a 3.3kW charger or a 7.2kW AC fast charger. Using 7.2kW AC charger, the SUV can be fully charged in 6.5 hours. Using 50kW DC fast charger, the Nexon EV MAX battery can be recharged from 0-80% in just 56 minutes. The Nexon EV Prime comes with a 30.2kWh battery pack and has a 127bhp electric motor. It is claimed to offer a maximum range of 312km.
