Royal Enfield has increased prices of the Classic 350 motorcycle by up to Rs 5,992 from 1st April 2021. After the price hike, the Royal Enfield Classic 350 Standard and Classic Black variants cost Rs 1.72 lakh and Rs 1.80 lakh respectively. The Gunmetal Grey with spoke wheels has been priced at Rs 1.82 lakh and with alloy wheels it costs Rs 1.95 lakh. The Classic Signals can be had at Rs 1.91 lakh and the Metallo Silver and Orange Ember variants are available at Rs 1.95 lakh. The Matte and Chrome models are now available at Rs 1.98 lakh. All prices are ex-showroom Mumbai.

The Chennai-based bikemaker has been extensively testing the new-generation Classic 350 in the country. While there is no official word on its launch date, it’s reported to hit showrooms in coming months. The 2021 Royal Enfield Classic 350 will be built on the brand’s new J platform that debuted on the Meteor 350. Compared to the existing architecture, the new one will be lighter, stronger and provide better stability with less vibrations.
With the generation change, the Classic 350 will receive Tripper navigation system similar to the RE Meteor 350. It has been developed jointly by Royal Enfield and Google. The bike will also receive some significant cosmetic changes including newly-designed fuel tank and alloy wheels, revised taillamps and exhaust system.
Engine setup of the 2021 Royal Enfield Classic 350 will be borrowed from the RE Meteor 350. The bike will come with a 349cc, fuel injected engine that’s good for 20.2bhp and 27Nm. It will feature telescopic front forks and twin gas charged shock absorbers at the rear. The bike’s braking system will include 300mm front disc with twin piston floating caliper and 270mm rear disc with single piston floating caliper. A dual-channel ABS system will also be on offer.
