Nissan has finally launched the new Magnite Red Edition in the Indian market. Interested buyers can book the new edition online or at authorised Nissan India dealership. Available at a starting price of Rs 7.86 lakh, the new special edition is based on the XV Variant of the Magnite sub-4 meter SUV. It is offered with both both 1.0L naturally-aspirated and turbo-petrol engines.
The new Nissan Magnite Red Edition is available in 3 variants – XV MT, XV Turbo MT and XV Turbo CVT. The new Red Edition is available in two mono-tone colour options including Onyx Black and Strom White – with Red treatment all-around body and interior.

The new Nissan Magnite Red Edition comes with red accents on several body panels including the front grille, bumper cladding, body side cladding and wheel arches. Other design highlights include Red Edition body graphics, boot lid garnish, brake calipers finished in red and Red Edition badging on the front fenders.
The cabin of the Nissan Magnite Red Edition also follows the red treatment. It gets a dual-tone red and black dashboard, and red treatment on the gear lever surround and door armrest. This variant comes fitted with features like ambient lighting, wireless charging, an air purifier and scuff plates.
The new Magnite XV variant comes fitted with an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto support. Other features include a 7-inch TFT instrument console, rear view camera with parking sensors and push-button start-stop system. For safety and security, the new Magnite Red Edition gets ABS with EBD, dual front airbags, vehicle dynamics control, brake assist, traction control and hill start assist.
The Nissan Magnite is available with two petrol engine options – a 1.0-litre naturally-aspirated petrol and a 1.0-litre turbocharged petrol. While the former is good for 72bhp and 96Nm of torque, the turbo unit produces 99bhp and 160Nm of torque. Transmission options include a 5-speed manual and a CVT automatic.
