New Bajaj Pulsar N150 Launched – Price Rs 1.18 Lakh

Bajaj Auto has launched the new Pulsar N150 in the country at Rs 1.18 lakh (ex-showroom). The motorcycle has already reached the dealerships for customer previews and test rides. This is the third 150cc bike in the Bajaj’s Pulsar range, joining the likes of the P150 and the Pulsar 150.

The new Bajaj Pulsar N150 is based on the base Pulsar P150; however, it shares the styling cues from the bigger N160. The motorcycle features a futuristic-looking LED projector headlamp at the centre and two LED DRLs on each side. The bike gets the larger tank extensions and sleeker tail section from the N160. Instead of a split seat, the new motorcycle gets a single piece seat. Compared to the base P150, the Pulsar N150 comes with a fatter rear tyre.

The new motorcycle features a 31mm front telescopic forks and twin rear shocks. It has a 260mm front disc and a 130mm rear drum for braking duties. The new Bajaj Pulsar N150 rides on 17-inch alloys wrapped in 90/90 front and 120/70 rear tyres from MRF. The bike is available in 3 colours – Racing Red, Ebony Black and Metallic Pearl White.

Powering the new Bajaj Pulsar N150 is a 149.6cc single-cylinder engine that produces 14.5bhp at 8,500rpm and a peak torque of 13.5Nm at 6,000rpm. The engine is mated to a 5-speed gearbox. The power and torque output is similar to the one offered with the Pulsar P150’s 149.6cc engine.
