New 2024 Mahindra XUV300 Interior – Major Changes Expected

Mahindra & Mahindra is set to kick off the year 2024 with the launch of the updated XUV300 subcompact SUV and the electric variant XUV400 EV. Currently undergoing final test rounds, both models are slated to hit the roads in February. Recent spy images of the new 2024 Mahindra XUV300 facelift offer a sneak peek into its revamped interior, showcasing significant enhancements.

Notably, a standout feature is the adoption of a larger 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system, replacing the existing 7-inch unit. The subcompact SUV is also in line to receive a revamped digital instrument cluster and updated central console, while retaining the unchanged steering wheel and seat upholstery. Positioned as a category trailblazer, the new 2024 Mahindra XUV300 facelift is ready to introduce a panoramic sunroof, setting it apart in the higher trim variants. Lower variants will maintain a single-pane sunroof. To outshine competitors, the subcompact SUV may offer advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) technology, a 360 surround-view camera, ventilated front seats, and wireless phone charging. The safety repertoire will include front parking sensors, hill hold assist, electronic stability program, six airbags, corner braking control, and all four-disc brakes.

Inspired by Mahindra’s upcoming BE range electric SUVs, the design elements of the new XUV300 will undergo notable changes at the front end. Anticipate a redesigned grille, modified bumper, tweaked headlamps, and distinct C-shaped LED DRLs. While the side profile will remain largely unchanged, new alloy wheels are expected to make an appearance. The C-shaped lighting elements will also feature at the rear, accompanied by revised rear bumper and boot lid.

Dimensionally consistent with its predecessor, the new 2024 Mahindra XUV300 facelift will retain the existing powertrain options. The 1.2L turbo petrol MPI engine delivers 110PS and 200Nm, while the 1.2L turbo petrol GDI engine boasts a peak power of 130PS and 230Nm of torque. Buyers will also have the option of the 1.5L turbo diesel engine, generating 117PS and 300Nm of torque. All three powertrains will be mated to either a 6-speed manual or a 6-speed AutoShift gearbox.
