Lamborghini Huracan STO Price In India – Rs 4.99 Crore

Lamborghini Huracan STO (Super Trofeo Omologata) goes on sale in India at Rs 4.99 crore (ex-showroom). It’s a road-legal super sports car inspired by the Huracan GT3 Evo and Super Trofeo Evo race cars. The carmaker says that the Huracan STO “delivers all the excitement of a beautifully balanced, lightweight and aerodynamically superior super sports car”. It said to offer “driving feeling and exhilaration of Super Trofeo” and “extensive technical solutions and intelligence gained from both Super Trofeo and GT3 programs”.

At the heart of the Lamborghini Huracan STO is a 5.2L, naturally aspirated V10 engine that does duty in the Huracan Evo and Performante. The motor dishes out a peak power of 640bhp and 565Nm of torque. It has been calibrated for delivering sporty and responsive racing experience with improved engine sound at high revs.

The super sports car can do 0 to 100kmph in just 3 seconds. It offers three new ANIMA driving modes, namely, STO, Trofeo and Pioggia. The car’s braking system includes Brembo CCM-R brakes offering four times higher thermal conductivity than the conventional CCB units.

Compared to the Huracan Evo and Performante, the Lamborghini Huracan STO is 83kg and 43kgs lighter featuring body panels made up of 75% carbon fibre. The carbon-fibre components further makes it a lightweight performance machine. Its front fenders, bumper and fenders are comprised of ‘Cofango’ that not only reduces its weight, but enhances its motorsports characteristic as well.

Design elements such as new air ducts on the front bonnet, rear fender with NACA air intake, rear engine bonnet with air scoop, shark fin and adjustable rear wing further improve its aerodynamics. One can notice the extensive use of carbon fiber inside its cabin as well. The Lamborghini Huracan STO has an Alcantara interior with Lambo’s Carbonskin, full carbon fiber sport seats, carbon fiber floor mats, four-point seat belts, a fully connected telemetry system, touchscreen with new Human Machine Interface (HMI) and many more advanced goodies.
