Hyundai Creta N Line India Launch Early Next Year – Report

The South Korean automaker is planning to expand its N Line range in India with the introduction of the Hyundai Creta N Line. The model is reported to be launched with the Creta facelift that’s due for early 2023 (possibly in March). The company is already selling i20 N Line and Venue N Line in the country. Just so you know, the Creta N Line was officially revealed in June 2022, followed by its South American market launch. The SUV’s N Line version carries some sporty design bits along with specially tuned suspension.

Hyundai Creta N Line – What’s Different?

Upfront, the SUV features grille with Tucson-like inserts finished in dark chrome, horizontal vent and N Line badging. It has taller front bumper with bigger air intake and newly-designed fog lamps, while full LED headlamps are similar to the regular Creta. There is dark chrome finish between the grille and the headlamps.

The side profile has been adorned by the newly-designed 17-inch alloy wheels, front fender with prominent badging, side skirts and darkened bits on the window line. The Creta N Line has differently designed rear bumper with prominent ‘N Line’ badging, twin exhaust tips and a faux diffuser.

Hyundai Creta N Line – What’s Inside?

Sporty N Line treatment continues inside the cabin as well. The SUV has red stitching on the upholstery, prominent badging on the seats and N Line themed gear knob and steering wheel. Most of its features will be similar to the Creta facelift. The latter one is reported to come with the ADAS (advanced driver assistance system) and a 360 degree camera.

Hyundai Creta N Line – What’s Under the hood?

In India, the Creta N Line is likely to be offered with the new 1.5L turbo petrol engine that was recently introduced in the new-gen Verna sedan. The motor, with a 7-speed DCT gearbox, delivers a claimed power of 160PS at 5,500rpm and 253Nm between 1,500rpm – 3,500rpm.
