Hyundai Creta 7-Seater SUV is one of the important new car launches that planned for the next year. The final production model will carry a new nameplate and look slightly different from its younger sibling. While the SUV is slated to hit showrooms in the second half of 2021, we have seen its multiple spy pictures and renderings previewing a possible design. A latest digital rendering shows the 7-Seat Hyundai Creta in four bright colour schemes, namely, Red, Blue, Black and Grey.
Upfront of the bigger Creta will look different with a newly-designed cascading grille featuring studs instead of slats and C-shaped LED headlamps. The design of the alloy wheels will similar to the 5-seater Creta, but the units will be bigger in size (18-inchs with 215/55 tyres). At the back, the 7-seat Hyundai Creta will feature warp around LED taillamps, revised bumper, larger rear overhands and a larger rear quarter glass.
Noticeable changes will also be made inside the cabin. The 2021 Hyundai Creta 7-Seater will come with 3 row seats setup featuring captain seats for the second row and a panoramic sunroof. Compared to its younger sibling, the 7-seat Hyundai Creta will sit on 20mm longer wheelbase. Most of the features will be carried forward from the 5-seater model including a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment unit with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay connectivity, a digital instrument cluster, leather upholstery, wireless charger, in-car connectivity technology, air purifier, an auto day/night inside rear view mirror and more.
Engine setup of the Hyundai Creta 7-seater SUV will be similar to the 5-seater model. That said, it will be offered with the three engine options – a 1.4L turbo petrol (140bhp), a 1.5L naturally-aspirated petrol (115bhp), and a 1.5L turbo diesel (115bhp). Similar to the 5-seater Creta, the bigger SUV will come with four gearboxes – a 6-speed manual (1.5L petrol and diesel), a 6-speed torque converter automatic (diesel only), a CVT automatic (1.5L petrol only) and a 7-speed DCT (turbo-petrol only).
