Honda Elevate SUV Coming On June 6 – A Look at All Key Details

Honda Cars India is betting big on its upcoming Elevate midsize SUV that will challenge dominance of Hyundai Creta. The model will also go head-to-head against the Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara, Kia Seltos, Skoda Kushaq and Volkswagen Taigun. The carmaker will unveil the product and its details on coming 6th June, while its prices will be announced in a couple of months. Prior to its official unveiling, take a look at all key details of the Honda Elevate SUV that we know so far.

A global product!

The Elevate will be Honda’s global product that will take design inspiration from the brand’s global SUVs including the HR-V and new WR-V. Recently, one of its test mules was spotted alongside the global Honda HR-V and looking at them one can clearly notice its upright stance and bigger dimensions. For reference, the HR-V measures 4335mm in length, 1790mm in width and 1590mm in height with a ground clearance of 195mm. We expect it to be as big as the Hyundai Creta.

Honda Elevate features

The official teaser reveals that the Honda Elevate has a flattish bonnet with creases on either sides, large window line and glasshouse and a single pane sunroof. The front fascia will feature Honda’s signature grille with mesh insert and a thick chrome slate, LED headlamps with LED DRLs, a sleek air dam and faux skid plates. The side profile will be adorned by multi-spoke alloy wheels with black finish and a shark fin antenna. The higher trims could be exclusively offered with sporty black treatment. At the back, there will be two-piece LED taillamps, rear wiper and washer, rear bumper mounted reflectors and a tailgate mounted number plate holder.
