Honda CB350RS Deliveries Start – All Details Here

Deliveries of the newly-launched Honda CB350RS have been commenced across the country. Launched on 16th February 2021, the mid-size motorcycle is being offered in single variant and two colour options – Radiant Red Metallic and Black with Pearl Sports Yellow and. While the former has been priced at Rs 1.96 lakh, the latter costs Rs 1.98 lakh (all, ex-showroom). Compared to the Honda H’Ness CB50, the CB350Rs is around Rs 4,000 more expensive. Both models are available at Honda’s Big Wing dealerships only.

The Honda CB350RS appears sportier than the H’Ness CB350. It has differently designed side panels and tail section along with blacked-out treatment on various body panels. In fact, the seat cushioning and texture is different from the regular model. Features such as a wider rear tyre with block pattern, engine bash plate, slightly rear positioned footpegs, newly-designed LED taillamp further distinguish it from the H’Ness 350. While wheelbase and seat height of both models are same, the Honda CB350 RS is 2kg lighter than the standard model.

Honda CB350 RS Launch Price

Honda CB350 and CB350 RS share the same powertrain. It comes with a 349cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine that has been tuned for generating power worth 20.8bhp at 5,500rpm with 30Nm of peak torque at 3,000rpm. The bike has a 5-speed transmission for performing transmission duties. It also gets a slip and assist clutch. The Honda CB350 RS comes fitted with telescopic forks and dual shock absorbers at the rear. For braking purpose, there are disc brakes at both ends. In terms of features, the Honda CB350RS offers Honda Selectable Torque Control System (HSTC) that prevents rear wheel slip by maintaining rear wheel traction by sensing difference between front and rear wheel speeds and determining the slip ratio. It controls engine torque via the fuel injection system.
