TVS Motor Company has introduced the updated 2021 TVS Apache RTR 160 4V in the country. The updated model comes with increased power and torque, offering 17.6 PS of power. This makes it the most powerful motorcycle in its class.
The 2021 TVS Apache RTR 160 4V naked streetfighter is powered by a 159.7cc, single-cylinder, 4-valve oil-cooled engine. This engine is now capable of producing 17.63PS of power at 9,250rpm and a peak torque 14.73Nm at 7,250rpm. This engine is paired to a 5-speed gearbox. The new engine is around 1.6PS more powerful and offers slightly higher torque. Earlier, this engine was tuned to offer 16.02PS and 14.12Nm of torque.
The 2021 TVS Apache RTR 160 4V comes with an all-new dual-tone seat with carbon fibre pattern and LED headlamp with claw styled position lamps. Adding to it, the updated Apache RTR 160 has become lighter with a 2Kg weight reduction. The disc variant now weighs 147kg, while the drum variant weighing 145kg.
The 2021 TVS Apache RTR 160 4V naked streetfighter is available in 3 colour options – Racing Red, Knight Black and Metallic Blue. It is offered in two variants – Disc and Drum – priced at Rs 110,320 and Rs 107,270 respectively (ex-showroom Delhi).
