Hero Xoom 110 Prices Start at Rs 68,599 – Variants, Colours, Features

Hero Xoom 110 scooter has finally been launched in the country. The model has been made available in three variants – LX -Sheet Drum, VX – Cast Drum and ZX – Cast Drum – which are priced at Rs 68,599, Rs 71,799 and Rs 76,699 respectively. All aforementioned prices are ex-showroom. Bookings for the scooter will start from 1st February 2023.

Buyers have five colour options to choose from. The Sheet drum variant comes in Polestar Blue shade, while the Cast Drum variant can be had in Polestar Blue, Black & Pearl Silver White colours. The Cast Disc variant is being offered in Polestar Blue, Black, Sports Red and Matt Abrax Orange paint schemes.

The company says that the Hero Xoom 110 is the first scooter in the industry to come with the ‘corner bend light’ (Hero intelligent cornering light). It gets a lighting package that includes LED projector headlamp and LED taillamps along with a LED lamp in the underseat storage. While the base variant gets a semi-digital console and drum brakes at both ends, the higher variant comes with a full digital speedometer with Bluetooth connectivity. For power, the new Hero Xoom 110 scooter uses the same 110.9cc engine that does duty in the Maestro Edge. The motor pushes out a peak power of 8.15PS and 8.7Nm of torque. It has been boosted with Hero MotoCorp’s i3S technology (Idle stop-start system) and ‘XSens Technology’. The latter one is said to help “improving the performance, durability, reliability and fuel economy”.

Suspension duties are performed by a telescopic fork and a monoshock unit fitted at the front and rear axles respectively. The scooter has been equipped with a 190mm disc brake/130mm drum brake up front and a 130mm drum at the rear. It also gets Combined Braking System (CBS). It rides on the segment-first bigger and wider 90-section front and rear tyres and 12-inch wheels. The scooter has a ground clearance of 155mm and offers a seat height of 770mm. The LX and VX variants carry a kerb weight of 108kg, while the ZX trim weighs 109kg.
