Hero Pleasure Plus Platinum Black Edition Priced Rs 60,950

Hero MotoCorp has rolled out a special edition of the Pleasure Plus scooter. Called Hero Pleasure Plus Platinum Black Edition, the new model comes with a price tag of Rs 60,950 (ex-showroom, Delhi). This makes it around Rs 2,000 more expensive than the standard model. The scooter’s special edition has been painted in dual-tone shade – Matt Black with Brown inner panels. You will also notice lots of chrome treatment on the rear view mirrors, handlebars, muffler protection, front fender and side panels. The new Hero Pleasure Plus Platinum Black Edition has dual-tone seat with Platinum badging. The special edition also features a seat backrest for the pillion rider, 3D logo badging on the side panels, White rim tape and a new low-fuel indicator. The list of features is exactly similar to the regular model that includes LED under seat storage lighting, USB charging ports, integrated braking system, side stand indicator and alloy wheels with tubeless tyres.

Powering the scooter’s new special edition is the same 110cc, air-cooled engine with fuel injection technology. Its BS6-compliant motor has been tuned for generating power worth 8bhp at 7000rpm and 8.7Nm at 5500rpm. At present, the standard Hero Pleasure Plus is available three variants – Std, Alloy and the newly-launched Platinum. While the Std variant costs Rs 56,800, the Alloy version has been priced at 58,950. Compared to its arch rival – Honda Activa 6G that costs Rs 65,419 for the Std and Rs 66,919 for the DLX variant, the Hero Pleasure Plus is more affordable.

Recently, the two-wheeler maker introduced the Hero Maestro Edge Stealth Edition at Rs 72,950. The model witnessed a few cosmetic upgrades including dual-tone black-brown seat, brown plastic panels and foot boards, lost of chrome accents, new body graphics with matte grey theme, dual textured seat, stealth chest badging and diamond cut alloys.
