Ford India has launched a Special ‘Blu’ Edition of the Aspire sub-4 meter sedan. The Ford Aspire Blu Edition is available in the manual transmission of Titanium variant in petrol and diesel guise. While the petrol version is priced at Rs 7.41 lakh, the diesel Aspire Blu cost Rs 8.21 lakh. The Ford Aspire Blu is available in 3 complementary colours – White, Moondust Silver and Smoke.

Powering the Ford Aspire Blu is a 1.2-litre, 3-cylinder TiVCT naturally aspirated petrol engine that is capable of producing 96PS of power and 120Nm of torque. The new edition is claimed to deliver an impressive fuel economy of 20.4kmpl. The diesel version of the sedan gets the 1.5-litre TDCi engine that produces 99bhp of power and 215Nm of torque. Ford Aspire Blu comes equipped with blackened front mesh grille with black surround and dual-tone roof. A Blue treatment can be seen around the fog lamp housing that integrated into the front bumper. It rides on a premium Black finish alloys and 15-inch tyres. The Aspire compact sedan gets stylish Blue themed interiors including a leather-wrapped steering wheel. The sedan is equipped with features like push-button start/stop, rear parking sensors, USB slots among many others. The Ford Aspire Blue is equipped with dual front airbags, ABS with EBD, rear parking sensors, seat-belt reminder, speed alert and central locking.
The Aspire Blu edition comes with a host of convenience features like a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Satellite Navigation and Bluetooth connectivity, rear view camera, automatic air-conditioner, power windows, etc. The new Ford Aspire Blu comes with a 5 year or 1 lakh km warranty, which includes 2-year factory warranty and 3-year extended warranty.
