Citroen C3 Aircross midsize SUV is ready to make its global debut on 27th April 2023. Ahead of its official unveiling, a fresh set of its spy images has emerged on the web. This time around, we get a glimpse of its interior featuring three-row seating arrangement. The SUV will also be offered with 5-seats layout that will take on the cars like Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos and Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara.
The dashboard design and the integrated 10.2-inch touchscreen infotainment system are exactly similar to the C3 hatchback. The info unit could get the wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity.
The major attraction of its interior is the fully-digital instrument cluster with a tachometer that’s missing on the C3. The unit shows speed, fuel level display and engine temperature. The new Citroen SUV is likely to come with the multiple drive modes as the spy images show an Eco indicator. You can notice the roof-mounted AC vents for the second and third row passengers and two Type-A USB charging slots for the third-row seat. The latest spy images show the front fascia of the SUV. The Citroen C3 Aircross appears similar to the C3 hatchback. Elements such as grille has body-coloured inserts, piano black finish, LED accent and chrome treatment add more to its refreshing looks. While the lower variants could get steel wheels, the higher trims will be offered with sporty alloy wheels.
Talking about powertrains, the new Citroen C3 Aircross is likely to come with the 1.2L naturally aspirated and 1.2L turbo petrol engine options. While the former makes 82PS with 115Nm with a 5-speed manual gearbox, the latter is good enough for 110PS and 190Nm. The turbo-petrol motor will get a 6-speed manual transmission. The C3 Aircross 5-seater will get the 1.2L naturally aspirated gasoline unit, and the 7-seater version will come with the turbo-petrol motor.
