Back in September 2022, Citreon launched its first mass-market offering in India in the form of C3. It is essentially a cross-hatch that made headlines with its striking looks and SUV-like design. It comes in two variants, with a host of customisation options, making it a little problematic to choose the correct variant for you. But fret not, we’re here to help you.
Let’s start with the specifications: –
Citroen C3 | ||
Engine | 1.2-litre naturally aspirated petrol | 1.2-litre turbo petrol |
No of Cylinders | 3 | 3 |

Transmission | 5-speed manual | 6-speed manual |

The Citroen C3 is a petrol-only offering that gets two engine options: 1.2-litre naturally aspirated and a 1.2-litre turbocharged unit, paired with a 5-speed manual and a 6-speed manual, respectively. That said, it lacks the convenience of automatic. However, what impresses us the most is its fuel efficiency.

- Monotone Shades: Polar White, Zesty Orange, Platinum Grey and Steel Grey.
- Dual-tone Shades: Polar White with Zesty Orange, Platinum Grey with Zesty Orange, Polar White with Platinum Grey, Steel Grey with Zesty Orange, Zesty Orange with Platinum Grey, and Steel Grey with Platinum Grey.

Verdict: For the price premium of Rs 92,000, the Feel variant offers great value. And considering the excellent ride quality of the Citreon C3, and generous cabin space, this trim can be a good option for most buyers. However, it would have been an even better package if the brand had equipped it with day/night IRVM and power-adjustable OVRMs.
