The electric scooter can do 0 to 50kmph in 2.6 seconds and offers a top speed of 120kmph. It has an 8.9kWh lithium ion battery fitted inside the floorboard. It takes 4 hours 20 minutes to get fully charged via a 2.3kW charger and an hour and 40 minutes via a 6.9kWh fast charger. BMW claims that the CE04 offers a range of 130km.

The e-scooter has a large 10.25-inch HD TFT display with smartphone connectivity, integrated maps and ride modes readouts. The unit also has a split function between navigation and other riding functions. The new BMW electric scooter runs on 15-inch wheels shod with a 120-section and a 160-section tyre at the front and rear axles respectively.
