The new BMW 3 Series Gran Turismo ‘Shadow Edition’ has been launched in the country. Available in petrol variant at all BMW dealerships, the new Shadow Edition is priced at Rs 42.50 lakh.
The new BMW 3 Series Gran Turismo Shadow Edition is available in 4 color options – Alpine White, Black Sapphire Metallic, Melbourne Red Metallic and Estoril Blue Metallic. The upholstery is available in a choice of Sensatec Black/Red highlight | Black and Sensatec Veneto Beige | Veneto Beige.
Powering the 3 Series Gran Turismo Shadow Edition is a 2.0-litre, 4-cylinder TwinPower turbocharged petrol engine that churns out a maxumum power output of 252bhp and a peak torque of 350Nm between 1,450-4,800rpm. It is claimed to achieve 0-100kmph in just 6.1 seconds. Power is transmitted to the wheels via an 8-speed Steptronic Sport automatic gearbox with steering wheel mounted paddle shifters.
The Shadow Edition comes with glossy-black finished design elements such as kidney grille with nine slats, LED headlamps and tail-lamps. It rides on 18-inch star-spoke alloy wheels finished in jet black. The exhaust tailpipe is finished in black chrome. Inside the cabin, the Gran Turismo Shadow Edition gets aluminium door sill plates, M sports leather steering wheel, ambient lighting and chromed air-con vents. It gets universal wireless charging as a complimentary accessory.
In terms of safety, the 3 Series Gran Turismo Shadow Edition gets six airbags, ABS with brake assist, dynamic stability control, dynamic traction control, cornering brake control, runflat tyres with reinforced sidewalls, etc. It features an 8.8-inch touchscreen infotainment system with touch functionality based BMW Navigation system with 3D maps, BMW Apps, Park distance control, rear camera, Apple CarPlay, Bluetooth and others.
