2023 Tata Safari 1st Teaser Out – Bookings To Open 6th October

The teaser reveals that the 2023 Tata Safari facelift gets a new front fascia and a new Bronze paint job with black accents.

Tata Motors has released the first teasers of the Safari facelift and the Harrier facelift. Bookings for the 2023 Tata Safari will commence officially on 6 October, 2023. The teaser shows that the new Safari comes with design changes along with a new Bronze colour with black accents.

The 2023 Tata Safari comes with a new front fascia, featuring a new close-patterned grille with bronze-finished vertical slats. It comes with a revised front bumper that houses the split LED headlamp setup with LED DRLs on top and main setup lower on the bumper. On a closer look, it is visible that the SUV gets a front parking camera placed under the Tata logo.

It comes with a full-width LED light bar placed underneath the bonnet line. The SUV also comes with front parking sensors. Tata Motors has not released the rear and side profile. We expect the updated Safari to receive revised tailgate and newly styled tail-lights. The SUV is likely to feature a newly styled alloy wheels.

Tata Motors has not revealed the interiors of the updated Safari. It is expected to come with a slightly revised dashboard and a new all-digital instrument console. In terms of features, the SUV will have a large touchscreen infotainment system, touch-based HVAC panel, and a twin-spoke steering wheel with an illuminated Tata logo. The SUV will be offered with features like a wireless phone charging, automatic AC, powered and ventilated front seats, 360 degree surround camera, panoramic sunroof and others.

The 2023 Tata Safari will also receive ADAS tech with features like autonomous emergency braking, adaptive cruise control, lane assist, blind spot monitoring and others. The updated model will continue to be offered with a new 2.0-litre Kryotec diesel engine that produces 173PS and 350Nm of torque. Transmission choices include a 6-speed manual and an automatic torque convertor automatic. The Tata Safari facelift could also receive a new 1.5-litre turbo petrol engine, which was showcased at the Auto Expo 2023.
