Maruti Suzuki has launched the new Tour S, which is basically the commercial version of the Dzire sedan on sale in our market. The 2023 Maruti Suzuki Tour S comes with an advanced 1.2L K15 C DualJet petrol engine, enhanced safety and convenience features. The Tour S sedan is available in both petrol and CNG fuel options.
The 2023 Maruti Tour S is available in two variants – Tour S STD (O) and Tour S STD (O) CNG – priced at Rs 6.51 lakh and Rs 7.36 lakh respectively. The 2023 Maruti Tour S comes with a new front fascia and the rear with stylish LED tail-lamps and the signature ‘Tour S’ badging. The new model comes fitted with an electronic stability program (ESP), anti-lock braking system (ABS) with electronic brakeforce distribution (EBD) and brake assist, speed limiting system, reverse parking sensors and dual airbags as standard safety features.
The new Tour S now comes equipped with Suzuki’s new 1.2-litre K15C dual-jet, dual VVT petrol engine that churns out 89bhp of power at 6000rpm and a peak torque of 113Nm at 4,400rpm. In the CNG mode, the powertrain offers 77bhp at 6,000rpm and 98.5Nm at 4300rpm. A 5-speed manual gearbox driving the power to the front wheels comes as standard.
The 2023 Maruti Tour S petrol version is claimed to offer an ARAI certified fuel economy of 23.15kmpl. The CNG version returns a fuel efficiency of 32.12 km/kg. The sedan gets tilt-adjustable steering wheel, manual air-conditioning with pollen filter, front accessory socket, ISOFIX seat anchorages & speed sensitive door locking. It is offered in a choice of three colours – Arctic White, Midnight Black and Silky Silver.
