2023 BMW X7 Facelift India Price Rs 1.22 Crore – More Power

The 2023 BMW X7 facelift has finally been launched in the Indian market at a starting price of Rs 1.22 Crore (ex-showroom, India). Interested buyers can book this locally produced SUV at BMW dealerships. Deliveries for the new X7 will commence from March 2023. It comes with revised styling, more powerful engines and an upgraded cabin.

The new X7 facelift is available in two variants – X7 xDrive40i M Sport petrol and X7 xDrive40d M Sport – priced at Rs 1.22 crore and Rs 1.24 crore respectively. It is available in 3 metallic paint options – Mineral White, Black Sapphire and Carbon Black. Adding to it, the SUV is offered with two exclusive BMW Individual colours – Dravit Grey and Tanzanite Blue. The cabin upholstery is also available in 3 shades – Tartufo, Ivory White and Black.

The petrol version of the SUV is powered by a 3.0-litre, inline six-cylinder engine with the 48V mild hybrid system. This engine is capable of producing 381bhp and 520Nm of torque, which is 41bhp and 70Nm more than the previous model. It is claimed to achieve 0-100kmph acceleration in just 5.8 seconds.

The 3.0L inline 6-cylinder diesel engine with mild hybrid tech now offers 340bhp and 700Nm of torque. It is around 75bhp and 80Nm more than the outgoing model. The diesel model accelerates to 100kmph from zero in just 5.9 seconds. Coupled to an 8-speed automatic gearbox, the engine sends power to all 4 wheels via BMW’s xDrive all-wheel drive system. It comes with adaptive air suspension and electronically controlled dampers as standard.

The SUV comes with revised front fascia, featuring a new split-LED headlamp setup and a revised kidney grille with integrated lighting element. The LED DRls are placed near the bonnet line, while the revised bumpers have silver trims. The SUV rides on newly styled 20-inch wheels. The revised LED tail-lights are connected via a chrome strip.

Inside the cabin, the new BMW X7 gets a restyled instrument console with slim air vents. It has the brand’s new curved infotainment screen that integrates a 12.3-inch digital instrument console and a 14.9-inch touchscreen with latest iDrive 8 software. It is fitted with 4-zone automatic climate control, a panoramic sunroof, 14-colour ambient light bar, HUD, ventilated & heated front seats and ADAS tech.
