2021 Hyundai Creta Prices Increased – New List Here

The new-generation Hyundai Creta received its second price hike in January 2021. Now, the South Korean carmaker has increased its prices by up to Rs 19,600. Interestingly, the entry-level 1.5L E manual variant continues to come with a price tag of Rs 9.99 lakh.

Save for the base 1.5L E diesel model that gets expensive by Rs 19,600, all variants have witnessed a price hike of Rs 13,600. Now, the 2021 Hyundai Creta petrol is available in the price range of Rs 9.99 lakh – Rs 17.67 lakh and diesel models cost between Rs 10.51 lakh – Rs 17.62 lakh. All aforementioned prices are ex-showroom.

In March 2021, the carmaker announced that it retailed over 1.21 lakh units of the second-generation Hyundai Creta. The company sold over 5.8 lakh units of the mid-size SUV in India ever since its launch in 2015. Under its Make-in-India initiative, Hyundai shipped a total of 2.16 lakh units. The 1.5L diesel variants contribute over 60% of the SUV’s total sales and over 51% and 20% customers are opting the higher trims (SX and SX (O)) and automatic variants respectively.

The range-topping 2021 Hyundai Creta SX (O) trim comes with some exclusive features including an 8-speaker Bose premium sound system, front ventilated seats, powered driver’s seat, leather upholstery, auto dimming inside rear view mirror, a 7.0-inch instrument cluster, height adjustable front seat belts, six airbags and 17-inch diamond cut alloy wheels. For connectivity purpose, there is a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system.

The list of features also includes wireless charger, air purifier, leather wrapped steering wheel, rear armrest with cup holder, adjustable rear seat headrests, ambient lighting, power folding wing mirrors, reclining rear backrest, drive modes, vehicle stability management, hill start assist, rear disc brakes, child seat mounts, electronic stability control, cruise control and many more. The lower trims get an 8.0-inch touchescreen infotainment system with smartphone connectivity and voice recognition and Arkamys sound system with 4 speakers and 2 tweeters.
