Tata Motors has increased prices across its passenger vehicle range that came into effect from January 19, 2022. One must note that the old prices will be protected for bookings, which were made on or before 18th January. The reason behind the price hike said to be the increased input costs. It’s the Tata Tiago hatchback that received the highest price hike of up to Rs 22,000, depending on the variant. All variants of the Tiago NRG get expensive by Rs 5,500. The Harrier and Safari SUVs have witnessed a price hike of up to Rs 15,000, while prices of the Punch mini SUV have been increased by up to Rs 15,000. Interestingly, the Creative and Creative IRA manual and automatic variants get more affordable by Rs 11,000. Now, the entry-level Punch Pure variant costs Rs 5.64 lakh and Pure Rhythm, Adventure, Adventure Rhythm, Accomplish and Accomplish Dazzle manual variants are priced at Rs 5.99 lakh, Rs 6.49 lakh, Rs 6.84 lakh, Rs 7.39 lakh and Rs 7.84 lakh respectively.

The Tata Punch Adventure, Adventure Rhythm, Accomplish and Accomplish Dazzle AMT variants are available at Rs 7.09 lakh, Rs 7.44 lakh, Rs 7.99 and Rs 8.44 lakh respectively. As mentioned above, prices of the Creative trim remain unchanged. The Creative manual variant costs Rs 8.38 lakh and Creative IRA manual model is priced at Rs 8.68 lakh. The Creative and Creative IRA AMT variants are continue to be offered at Rs 8.98 lakh and Rs 9.28 lakh respectively. All aforementioned prices are ex-showroom, Delhi.
Save for the Tata Altroz’s entry-level turbo petrol variant, prices of the all turbo-petrol models have been reduced by up to Rs 8,000. The former gets expensive by Rs 2,000. The hatchback’s rest variants witnessed a price hike of up to Rs 15,000. Tata’s top-selling Nexon and Nexon EV SUVs get premium by up to Rs 13,000 and Rs 5,000 respectively. While the Tigor’s prices have been increased by up to Rs 15,000, the Tigor EV continue to be available in the same price range.
