Mahindra has recently launched the new Marazzo 7-seater MPV in India in the price bracket of Rs 9.9 lakh – Rs 13.90. At the time of the launch, the Marazzo’s touchscreen infotainment system was only compatible with Android Auto. Now, the company has introduced Apple CarPlay in the newly launched Marazzo MPV.
Apple CarPlay offers easy access to phone calls, music & Siri Search by seamlessly connecting the user’s Apple iPhone with the infotainment system of the Marazzo and automatically organizes useful information such as Phone Contacts and Call Logs from the user’s iPhone into a simple User Interface that appears on the infotainment system display. According to Veejay Nakra, Chief of Sales and Marketing – Automotive Division, Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd., “With the introduction of Apple CarPlay, the Marazzo becomes even more desirable for customers who wish to stay connected. The inclusion of Apple CarPlay bolsters Marazzo’s already-strong suite of connectivity features that include Android Auto, GPS-enabled Navigation, Mahindra’s Bluesense App and Emergency Call function.”
The Mahindra Marazzo has received a positive response from buyers with bookings crosses 10,000 mark in just 1 month. The MPV is powered by a 1.5-litre diesel engine that is capable of producing 121bhp of power and 300Nm of torque. Power is transmitted to the rear wheels via a 6-speed manual gearbox. This premium MPV features an industry-first ‘surround cool technology’. Other features include a 7.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system, automatic climate control and leather seats.
