Yamaha FZS FI Vintage Edition Launched At Rs 1.10 Lakh

Yamaha Motor India has launched the new FZS FI Vintage Edition in the country. Priced at Rs 1.10 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi), the new Yamaha FZS FI Vintage Edition is available at all authorized Yamaha dealerships.

The new Vintage Edition of FZS-FI receives visual makeover; though, mechanics of the motorcycle remains the same. The motorcycle comes with new vintage graphics that shows its iconic legacy. Adding to it, the bike gets new leather finish, single piece, two level seat. Yamaha claims that the pillion seat has 16% larger seating surface area, and offers 26mm wider hip area. The seat cushioning has been improved and is 5mm thicker for added comfort.

The Yamaha FZ FI Vintage Edition also gets Bluetooth connectivity with the “Yamaha Motorcycle Connect X” smartphone application. The application allows the rider to access features like riding history, answer back, locate my bike, E-lock, hazard & parking record. The bike comes fitted with new LED headlamps and a new muffler protector. It is available in a single Vintage Green color option.

The FZS FI Vintage Edition is propelled by a BSVI compliant 149cc, air-cooled, 4-stroke, SOHC, 2-Valve, single-cylinder engine that produces 12.2bhp of power and 13.6Nm of torque. This engine is paired to a 5-speed gearbox.

For suspension duties, the motorcycle has telescopic front forks and 7-step adjustable monocross at the rear. It gets 282mm front disc and 220mm rear disc brakes along with single-channel ABS system. The motorcycle rides on 17-inch wheels shod with 100/80 and 140/60 section tyres at the front and rear respectively.
