TVS Motor Company has introduced the Raider Super Squad Edition, drawing inspiration from Marvel Superheroes like Iron Man and Black Panther. The company has confirmed that this special edition commuter bike will be available across its authorized dealerships. Priced at Rs 98,919, the new TVS Raider Super Squad Edition features graphics representing Iron Man and Black Panther, with Red & Black and Black & Purple color schemes respectively. This isn’t the first time the indigenous two-wheeler manufacturer has introduced special editions inspired by superheroes. Previously, we’ve seen the TVS NTorq 125 featuring graphics inspired by Thor, Black Panther, Iron Man, and Spiderman.
The new TVS Raider Super Squad Edition is powered by the same 124.8cc air-cooled engine, producing 11.22bhp and 11.2Nm of torque. Transmission duties are handled by a 5-speed gearbox. The bike features an idle stop-start system and a silent motor starter, enhancing its fuel efficiency. Its suspension setup comprises telescopic forks at the front and a 5-step adjustable monoshock at the rear. The motorcycle offers two riding modes – Eco and Power. Additionally, it comes equipped with a 5-inch TFT display, turn-by-turn navigation, voice assist, TVS’s SmartXconnect technology, and a split seat.

In other news, the Chennai-based two-wheeler manufacturer is gearing up to unveil a new model on September 6, 2023. Although the company has not yet revealed the product’s name and specifics, it is widely anticipated to be the unfaired variant of the TVS Apache RR 310. This bike is expected to boast distinct styling compared to the BMW G 310 R and will be powered by the 312cc single-cylinder engine.
