Toyota has recently re-introduced the Hilux lifestyle pick-up truck in the Indian market. It is available in 3 variants – 4×4 MT Standard, 4×4 MT High and 4×4 AT High – and the former is only for commercial buyers. The base model is priced at Rs 30.40 lakh, while the 4×4 MT High and 4×4 AT High are priced at Rs 37.15 lakh and Rs 37.90 lakh respectively.

Customers looking to buy the Hilux can now choose an attractive low EMI option starting from Rs 32,886 or opt for an assured 70% buyback after 3 years, from the date of purchase of Hilux, which are made available exclusively through the Toyota’s Financial Services.

The Hilux pick-up 4×4 lifestyle UV is designed to tackle toughest of terrains. It is powered by a 2.8-litre 4-cylinder turbo diesel engine that produces 201bhp and 420Nm of torque with 6-speed manual gearbox. The torque output increases to 500Nm when this engine mated to a 6-speed manual transmission. The 4×4 drivetrain is available as standard. In terms of features, the lifestyle UV gets an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment screen, connected features, dual-zone AC, tire angle monitor and front parking sensors. It has a water wading capability of 700mm.
