Tata Curvv Interior Patent Leaked

The production version of the Curvv will retain the original styling of the concept. It is expected that the Tata Curvv will be one of the most feature-loaded models in its category. The new SUV Coupe will rival the likes of the Hyundai Creta, Honda Elevate, Kia Seltos, Skoda Kushaq, VW Taigun, MG Astor, Maruti Grand Vitara and the Toyota Hyryder.

Tata Motors has also patented the interior of the Curvv SUV Coupe, which reveals some interesting details. The patent shows that the Tata Curvv SUV Coupe could be the first Tata product to get Heads-Up Display or HUD. Its direct rivals including the Kia Seltos, Maruti Grand Vitara and Toyota Hyryder are already equipped with HUD.

The Heads-Up Display or HUD unit is clearly visible in the design patent. The HUD is placed right behind Curvv’s steering wheel. This model could feature a reflection-based Heads-Up Display, wherein key information are displayed on a glass screen. The reflection-based HUD is significantly affordable compared to the projection-based HUD wherein information is displayed via LED lights or lasers.
