Select Kia Seltos Variants Get Expensive; Prices Hiked by Rs 30,000

The mid-size SUV offering from South Korean automaker Kia, the Seltos, has recently undergone a mid-life update in India. This refreshed model range was initially introduced with a price range spanning from Rs 10.90 lakh to Rs 20 lakh. However, the company has now implemented price increases for select variants, with some seeing an uptick of up to Rs 30,000. It’s worth noting that the entry-level HTE manual variant retains its original price, while the fully-loaded X-Line automatic trim is now available at Rs 20.30 lakh. The updated Kia Seltos has received two significant feature enhancements – a panoramic sunroof and an advanced driver assistance system (ADAS) technology. The ADAS suite provides access to 17 advanced safety features, including autonomous emergency braking, lane keep assist, forward collision warning assist, and more. However, it’s important to mention that these features are available on higher-tier trims. The SUV’s standard safety kit includes electronic stability control, six airbags, all-wheel disc brakes, hill start assist, a tire pressure monitoring system, and three-point seat belts for all passengers with reminders.
