Royal Enfield has unveiled the much-awaited Super Meteor 650 cruiser motorcycle at the EICMA 2022. The company is also working on a wide range of new motorcycles ranging from 350cc to 650cc capacity. RE also runs a custom bike programme across the globe, which reveals some stylish Royal Enfield bikes. At the EICMA 2022, Royal Enfield has showcased two Scramblers based on the Interceptors.
The new Royal Enfield 650cc Scramblers are jointly developed by RE and Bikerbnb. These bikes are designed to tackle the trails of the Scottish Highlands. The new motorcycles also previews the brand’s upcoming Scrambler 650 that has been spotted testing recently on the Indian roads.
The two custom scramblers based on the Interceptor 650 received several changes for better off-road stability under the supervision of the experts at Harris Performance. The motorcycles come with custom offset headstock bearing cup to increase the rake and a custom front spindle bush to reduce the trail.
The Royal Enfield 650cc Scrambler feature Ohlins suspension at both ends. The motorcycle rides on 19-inch front and 17-inch rear wire-spoke rims wrapped with Pirelli Rally STR rubber. Adding to it, the custom bikes get Brembo P4 four-piston caliper on the front disc brake.
The motorcycle’s fuel tank is now moved towards the rider, while the stock handlebar is replaced by a high-rise ProTaper EVO flat track handlebar.
The two Royal Enfield 650cc Scrambler comes with a single Motogadget instrument console and an RFID fob for keyless access. The motorcycles share the visor with the Himalayan. Also on offer are Koso Thunderbolt LED headlight with grille and custom endure-style fender. The bikes get a custom-made gel seat from Tom Hurley and a new luggage rack. These two motorcycles are finished in blue-and-white liveries.
