Tata Motors has recently launched the new Nexon compact SUV at a starting price of Rs 8.10 lakh (ex-showroom), which goes up to Rs 15.50 lakh for the top-end variant. With the new update, the 2023 Tata Nexon has received all-new styling and a more feature-loaded & new interior. Not just new design and features, the SUV has also received several segment-first features. This translates into a significant increase in prices.

The new Tata Nexon is available in 4 trim levels – Smart, Pure, Creative and Fearless – and in total of 69 variants. The SUV is offered with two engine options – a 120PS, 1.2-litre turbocharged petrol and a 115PS, 1.5-litre turbo diesel. The petrol variants are offered with 4 gearbox options – a 5-speed MT, a 6-speed MT, a 6-speed AMT and a 7-speed DCT, while the diesel is available with a 6-speed manual and a 6-speed AMT options.
The top-end variant, Fearless+ S diesel AMT costs around Rs 18.72 lakh in Mumbai (on-road) and Rs 18.48 lakh on-road in New Delhi. The base variant, Smart Petrol MT costs Rs 9.55 lakh and Rs 9.25 lakh in Mumbai and Delhi respectively (on-road). In Bengaluru and Hyderabad, the top-end Nexon diesel AMT is priced at Rs 19.15 lakh and Rs 19.14 lakh on-road respectively.
The base variant of the new Tata Nexon comes fitted with six airbags, LED headlamps with DRLs, LED tail-lights, two-spoke steering wheel with illuminated logo, front power windows, reverse parking sensors, hill hold control and tilt steering wheel. The top-spec Fearless+ S is loaded with features like ventilated front seats, height adjustable driver & co-driver seats, JBL music system, a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment unit with wireless Android Auto & Apple CarPlay, iRA connected car tech, OTA updates, a wireless charger, automatic AC, cruise control, 360 degree camera, electric sunroof, blind spot monitoring & an all-digital instrument cluster.
